Personal Training

My goal as your personal trainer is to give you the tools you need to reach your health and fitness goals. Having the commitment to meet with a trainer is the first step in helping you achieve that. The Difference provides individualized, hands on strength and cardio training for each client. Each client, be it in a private, partner, or group setting will receive a fitness assessment at the beginning of the program, including circumference measurements, body fat testing, and nutritional guidance.

  • The Difference comes to YOU!  Locations may be at local parks or in the convenience of your own home.

Bootcamp

For some, working in a group setting is the best way to stay consistent, committed, and challenged to their fitness health. The Difference provides support and encouragement within a group setting with weekly boot camps at various parks around the Denver area. The boot camp workout is currently held on Sunday mornings. Times and locations will change periodically with notification through email from The Difference.  You may pay as you go for $10/class or packages include punch cards with 10 sessions for $80 and 5 sessions for $45. Refer a friend and receive TWO FREE sessions! So grab some friends and some dumbbells, meet up at one of Denver’s beautiful parks, and get a great workout! YOUR FIRST BOOTCAMP IS FREE.

Coaching

In addition to providing private and group strength training, The Difference will commit to helping you the client, reach your other fitness goals such as triathlons, road races, cycling, and more. Being a Performance Exercise Specialist (NASM) and a former collegiate runner has made Danielle enthusiastic about helping others reach endurance goals. At The Difference, you can count on Danielle to ride, run, or swim with you, giving  advice, tips, and recommendations to improve your performance in all aspects of the sport. Programs can be created to improve performance in marathons/half marathons, triathlons, cycle events and more.  Attention to form, timing and sport efficiency will be key aspects to coaching sessions.

Online Training

The Difference can also help you achieve great wellness and health ONLINE!  With online training you will receive a comprehensive workout program to follow including videos, calendars, graphs, and open communication with Danielle. You can connect on a daily or weekly basis regarding your program and progress. Online training gives the client freedom to allow his/her training schedule to adapt to their days and weeks. The flexibility of online training allows the training plan to work with the client’s schedule, access to equipment, and personal goals. This will also give each client the ability to do their workouts when and where they want to.
