Danielle received her Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology, with an emphasis in Exercise and Fitness from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. She has since continued her education and obtained certifications through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, including credentials for Certified Personal Trainer and Performance Exercise Specialist.
Competing on UWM’s Women’s Cross Country and Track and Field teams is where Danielle learned the drive, discipline, and determination to achieve and surpass her goals. Being a Division 1 Collegiate athlete has taught her there are no limits and that anyone can achieve great health and wellness with the correct tools.
Since competing in distance running in college, her dreams and aspirations to test more of her own body’s limits have advanced and she wants to share her commitment to health and well-being with you. Her intentions as your personal trainer is to provide you with the tools enabling you to live a healthy and fit lifestyle, too.
Danielle’s passions include cycling, trail running, swimming, and hiking. She is part of the Denver Track Club and racing avidly across Colorado.
With Danielle’s degree and certifications, she is confident in her ability and knowledge to specialize in functional training for any individual. With this integrated form of exercise, she provides a variety of exercises that work on flexibility, core, balance, strength, and power, focusing on multiple movement planes.
